Ohio Auditor of State

The Ohio Auditor of State is elected every four years and works to ensure that the state is using its resources efficiently and effectively. Their responsibilities include conducting fiscal and performance audits of all public offices on the state, county and city levels.

Like all state-wide elected offices, the Ohio Auditor of State’s race is partisan. This means that each candidate has their party affiliation listed alongside their name on the ballot. Independent candidates will be stated as having no party affiliation.
