The Toledo Municipal Court Judge Seat 1 (Housing & Environment Court) has one seat available. The elected serve a six-year term. Their responsibilities include reviewing both civil and criminal cases involving  housing and environmental issues in the City of Toledo.

Like all city-wide elected offices, the Toledo Municipal Court Judge Seat 1 (Housing & Environmental Court) race is non-partisan. This means that even though a candidate may be endorsed and supported by a political party, the party name will not be stated on the ballot.
