Ohio Treasurer of State

The Ohio Treasurer of State is elected every four years and oversees the state’s finances. Their responsibilities include managing the states financial assets, investing state funds, tracking unclaimed property, and providing financial advice and education to the state agencies.

Like all state-wide elected offices, the Ohio Treasurer of State’s race is partisan. This means that each candidate has their party affiliation listed alongside their name on the ballot. Independent candidates will be stated as having no party affiliation.
