Ohio Court of Appeals Judge (District 6)

The Ohio Court of Appeals Judge is elected every six years and presides over appeal cases from the common pleas, municipal, and county courts. Their responsibilities include hearing appeals to decisions by the lower courts, releasing persons who are unlawfully imprisoned, ordering public officials to perform required acts, and ordering lower courts to cease unlawful acts.

Like all judicial offices, the Ohio Supreme Court Justice race is non-partisan. This means that even though a candidate may be endorsed and supported by a political party, the party name will not be stated on the ballot.
